JIM'S PECAN PIE
VIA DORIS PRITT
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecans
Beat eggs until blended. Add sugar, syrup, and butter. Mix well and add pecans until well-coated. Pour into a pie shell. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes.
This recipe came to me from my friend and co-chef Jim by way of his dear friend Doris Pritt. Doris and husband Jim had a grove of pecan trees at the entrance of their lovely home in Fairhope, AL.
