CHEESE OLIVE NUGGETS
1/4 pound Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup plain flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Small jar spanish olives, pimento stuffed
Blend cheese and butter; sift flour, salt and paprika and mix with cheese/butter mixture to make a dough. Pull a marble size bit of dough and flatten in the palm of your hand. Shape around the olive so it forms a ball. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Can be kept in freezer, baked or unbaked, to pull out as an appetizer for unexpected guests. Also, makes a wonderful hostess gift either boxed or in tins.
